Hermis: reservations and billing
In our hotel product, the Channel Manager and Romanian e-Factura ANAF integration connect reservations and billing to external services. Availability, documents and statuses need to remain consistent for reception staff.
EasyVet: clinic workflows
Our veterinary product brings together appointments, medical records and inventory management. This experience designing connected workflows helps us establish which data needs to move through an operation.
03 / HOW WE WORK
Clear data contracts and verified scenarios before launch.
We start with a specific flow and define fields, validation rules, exchange frequency and acceptance criteria. In the available test environments, we implement and verify the normal scenario alongside incomplete data, duplicate messages and service unavailability. Handover includes documentation of the flow and errors that require intervention, so the team knows what to monitor after launch.
