Hermis / AB SOLUTIONS

Hotel operations, connected in one system.

Hermis is the hotel software product developed by AB Solutions. It brings reception work, reservation distribution and billing documents into connected operational flows.

01 / CONTEXT

A reservation touches several teams and systems.

For a hotel, room availability, the reservation, guest arrival and billing belong to the same operation. When each stage is treated separately, reception staff must reconnect the data and documents by hand. Hermis is built around that complete journey.

02 / PRODUCT WORKFLOWS

From availability to guest documents.

  1. 01

    Reservations and rooms

The visual calendar brings rooms, dates, rates and reservation status together for reception's daily work.

  2. 02

    Distribution and direct booking

The Channel Manager and booking engine connect hotel availability to distribution channels and the property's own website.

  3. 03

    Arrival and check-in

The self check-in flow lets guests prepare their registration before arrival, with steps for both the guest and reception.

  4. 04

    Billing and reporting

Invoices and Romanian e-Factura status sit alongside operational data; reports give management a view of occupancy and revenue.

03 / ENGINEERING

One product, several working surfaces.

The Hermis interface uses Vue 3 and Quasar; the project also includes desktop delivery through Electron and mobile delivery through Capacitor. The challenge is not the number of screens, but keeping the calendar, guest journey, distribution and billing connected wherever the team works.
